And I'm not really sure what this is.

So all the other forums seem to be talking about these, and some abortions of Jazzmasters in the "Select" series that are best not mentioned further . . .

But nothing here yet that I had spotted. Have at it!

ehhhh
The BassVI is neato. Also that mudbucker needs to be moved forward a few inches.

Truth. Mudbucker neck and a Mustang split-coil in the middle would be sweet.

Bass VI, SOLD. Although why couldn't they just do a vintage-correct one?

Matching headstock on the Bass VI, guys.
MATCHING HEADSTOCK.

It looks like it would be easy to swap pickguards and add a normal Bass VI pickup in the bridge. Not perfect, but they're getting somewhere.

This. It's some humbucker in Jazzy clothing, too, and I DESPISE S-S-H guitars.

I can understand the pickguard choice on the bass VI, but that horizontal selector switch and jazzmaster pickup make no sense.. at least it wouldn't be hard to fix.
The 2012 japanese RI looks way better but once you convert the currency and factor in shipping it'll end up costing nearly twice as much..

The supersonic looks awesome though.

MOST DEFINITELY THIS!

Also, the return of the Supersonic is AWESOME news. My guitar player used to have one, and it was a BEAST.
