there any non-custom built pedalboards out there bigger than the pedaltrain grande?

Id rather lug two large-ish boards than one awkwardly gigantic board any day. Maybe go that route...

that's actually what i'm already doing, just curious if it's the biggest one out there.

That's what I built my board out of! But I just used the length of one side and cut the other down to two rows. It's nowhere near filled up

I have so much space left...

There might be a custom company you can have make you a larger board. Someone like Trailer Trash, BlackBird or NYC Pedalboards. OR! You could always go DIY.

just 75 bucks too! no riser for tucking stuff under, but still a good deal IMO, thanks for sharing!
