Ibanez AD9 reissue and trim pots....

So what's the skinny?

I feel like my AD9 could do just a little bit more but.....
I know anyone with half a brain can probably figure this out, but I have not a half.
SO, any recommends for adjusting the internal trim pots on this guy?
And again, it's the Ibanez AD9, not the Maxon.......

You won't do any damage to anything by cranking them and then rolling them back to taste. Just take a small screwdriver to them and you'll be set!

I would listen to the AD-9 Tweaker and Take Heed...

Heed will be taken thanks!

I kind of got the impression from other forums that you could
just sort of go for it.
I just wanted ILF confirmation....

I recently tweaked the trimpots on an AD-9 to satisfactory results. A bit more grit and a bit more delay just like I like it.

I really love the darkness of the ad-9. Warm and grit and compliments a fuzzy toan very nicely.

On a side note the Ibanez CS9 Chorus has some tasty trim pots inside too... Seem to be a bias and frequency depth...

Necro'ing for more experience

just got my hands on one. will be sending it away, because it doesn't suit my needs, but damn does that thing sound proper analog :) Dark, gritty and dirty, imperfect and makes everything ALIVE...and the oscillation, jeez, nice tone...

could be an always-on pedal for some people, easily...

tweaked the shit out of those trimpots, the options are pretty nice :) can get REALLY fucked up, GOOD! :)
