Any suggestions?
My computer speakers are ok but my living situation prevents me from blasting doomz
I'm not looking for anything crazy expensive
Just something to get the job done

We've had a few threads with mostly the same answers... I like a Sennheiser HD-280 Pro...

Shure 440's, I'm using them as I type. $100, good sound all around and also has a nice presence in the upper mids and highs that a clarity that other headphones I've used don't have.

Sennheiser 280s, consistently decent, and sound very similar if you pick up 5 at random, which is a big deal if you ever fry the ones you're using.
