Could some one help me....
on this circuit.
www.home-wrecker.com/bazz.htmlthe diode 1n914 if it was replaced with a 2m2 resistor with a .0047 cap parallel. what would this produce sound and function wise
also if the .0047 cap was replace with an orange LED what would this produce.....????
hey devi????

The led will give you softer clipping
You should get a volume boost with the 2.2m rester, experiment with different values.
Also try different values of caps both in parallel and series with that resister.
you could put a 1m pot and the cap in there which will adjust the resonance of the NFB.
Replace the 100k vol with a 500k for more volume out.
use the 100k pot in series with the 100 k resister from B+ to create a starve circuit.
Ok now you completely built another pedal.

Im interested in the 1m pot and cap, what sounds would be produced when the resonance of the NFB is played with? Im trying to figure out how to draw up a schem on paint and post it.....thanks
