Help me swap out a loaded pickguard.

First off, I know this is going to be really simple, but it's my baby and I don't wanna fuck it up!

I think I may want to swap my loaded humbuckered pickguard out for the original Comanche z-coil setup to see how it works with my setup. I know it's going to be really simple, but if any of y'all could just tell me where that white wire goes....and maybe what else needs to be hooked up, like the input and the ground that I think goes to the tremelo plate (strat-style guitar)?

I will give you a big ol' internets hug. I know I can probably reverse engineer this, but I wanted an opinion, nonetheless. Thanks! :hello:

It looks like the white wire is the "Hot" wire and should go to the tip of the input jack.
The ground should already be connected to the input jack and wherever it hooks up to the guitar.

To get the Humbucker pickguard off you SHOULD just have to disconnect the "Hot" wire from the
input jack. That is unless the ground wire from the input jack is soldered to one of the pots.

Does this make sense?

Yeah, thanks! I figure that it'll be pretty simple.... I think I'm going to tear it apart when I next change strings and see if I still wanna do it...
