That logo makes me wanna smoke weed
Anyways, the only good 'artistic' advice I can give to anyone is to be patient and work the idea, take your time and tweak it until it's REALLY good.
Maybe it's too serious sounding, but that's just me when it comes to things like that.

Ha thanks man
I think I might leave it alone.I probably make a new one,but I don't really know what to do with it.I'm using GIMP 2.6 and I dont really know what anything does so its a little difficult trying to recreate my ideas using that.

Dude, you've totally tripped me out with posting in two places,it really felt like...well,nevermind
Sometimes the first thought IS the best thought, there's something really cool and punk about it.
And you better play some good music, because the band name is too

!!

It got moved by Devi me thinks.
Oh yeah the names great, owe it all to my bass player friend Tim.
Right now its just him and me,trying to find a drummer that doesn't play pop punk or deathcore where we live is really hard.
I can guarantee the music will be great!

Minor word of caution about copyright and trademark.
Lord Tracy's original name was The Tracy Lords.
She filed suit for copyright infringement so they changed the name.

Hmm...well I dont really know if this band will get that serious, like serious enough to make money
We're just a couple of highschool kids goofin' around
Theres a band called Charles Bronson and they didnt get in any sort of trouble as far as I know
Oh well I guess when the time comes I'll deal with it,if anything ever happens

Sweeeeeet.
Yeah, Clint may come gunning for you... but hey - how often do you get to meet Clint Eastwood?
My only advice would be that the Dirty Harry pic way overbalances the name. I'd suggest playing with the type, trying to integrate it more, make it part of the composition. Try making it huge and running it behind the gun, over the gun... heck, the gun + arm + Clint's head creates a convenient little valley - try blowing the name up big and make it fill that negative space without crossing over the gun, arm or head. You'd have to totally disregard the natural line breaks of the phrase, but that could make it even more psychedelic.
Play play play with it is always the best advice... and don't be scared of messing with type. That's the one of the toughest lessons of design - composing with typography.

Well the Gorrilaz have the songs clint eastwood and dirty harry
I dont think they ever got in any sort of legal trouble

Hmm...I guess I'll redo it then

Ah, the pain of merged layers. I know it all too well. That's the other lesson - always keep a file in as many editable layers as possible until it goes to print, and always keep layered backups! But I still find myself relearning that the hard way.
If you did it in Photoshop, don't worry about starting over - just copy the green and paste it over the type and start from there. The green looks pretty consistent...

I did it in GIMP I don't know what the differences are having never used photoshop,
but I still have the original picture all I would need to do is color over it again
Yeah I'm thinking of making the text purple, but that might make it look
too marijuana-ish.
On another note I was talking to my friend Tim about selling them to people at school
but I dont think thats gonna work on acount of the gun,and drug references.
EDIT:by them I mean shirts with the logo

I agree with Jrmy make the type much bigger and fill the background.
You might also change the type color to something horribly clashing to give it that '60 feel.
Yeah the school will have you and everybody else in mandatory therapy if you print it there.
Who says your not going to become famous?

Song titles are immune to copyright. Think about all the songs called "One" or "I Love You."
