Going to see the David Bazan Band next Saturday in Nashville with some friends. It's about a 5 hour drive but it's so worth it! Anyone else going/has been to any of the shows on this tour? If not, check it out.

i wanted to go, but it was sold out here. i was super bummed, i love that album so hard.

I don't know why he wouldn't have chosen a bigger venue in Dallas. Denton?

I think he likes smaller shows. I know he likes to do those living room tours. And how many people can you really fit in a living room plus 1-3 dudes playing the music?

Yeah, they broke up a while ago. David Bazan has released two solo albums and an EP since.
Also, TW Walsh, the drummer, has been doin his own thing for awhile. I think he actually records david''s solo stuff.
Look up Curse Your Branches. My favorite of the two. I also know of a project called Headphones that's all synth, drums, and david sangin.

I haven't listened to Bazan much in the last 10 years, but I still enjoy singing Rapture at the top of my lungs from time to time.
