So I took a look at their site finally.... I really want the low fuzz. Sounds like a mellower, less "rock n roll" alternative to my Singing Tree. Do you just contact him to order one? Probably waiting lists for that pedal as well I'd assume.

I'll have to save a few more pennies (I swear I didn't intend for a pun there) because those roll bars over the knobs are sexy.

I think the wait list has a lot to do with the the whole Laura Bennet finishes, at least the fingerprints
Cause he has to wait to get the enclosures back from her before he can even start building them, and then it takes 7-10 days, or more if he has a big order in
I think your best bet is to see whenever he makes an update about the next batch so you can claim one for yourself

As for the lowfuzz, I doubt that list is long, probably like 2 weeks

I'm constantly battling between ordering a fingerprint, a lowfuzz, or neither. Right now I'm back at neither

I've wants one for a while... So expensive though. I mean it's a steal, but for me... Expensive.

I'm trying to buy and sell some shot to save up to get one... Where does he post updates about availability? I'm on his fourm and QFTHT!!

Also anyone experience the low fuzz?! These sound sweet. Maybe like a tame fingerprint? If that's the case, I'll just get that, and use a boost.

got mine a week or so

and now I hope I can get two of them.

sound great on it own especially in the first of effect chain, but is also great with any kind of effects in front of it, even filters. boosting it with an overdrive can remove the gate and make it a different animal. it's a no-brainer, just sound good in any setting. The clarity and dynamic are incredible. some fuzzes need to adjust the play style to go with, not this one.

The octave mode (texture full) is not only a bonus to me. it goes to one octave down, 5th down, 5th up, and one octave up. with a decent delay I can play a note for an hour just to play with picking dynamic. it's fun and very musical.

its gain structure goes from smooth amp like distortion to blue box kind fuzz without octave down and a lot more dynamic.

I can keep talking about this pedal all day long...

I think I'm gonna go ahead and try one of these...

A few questions:

1. How are the low gain settings? Good for an OD type of sound? I know the switch engages the drive at max, so I'd like to know what "Ch-1" would sound like.
I really like the tone of the low fuzz, do you think it could achieve this?

2.) What is the tone like?

3.) Could you compare it to anything? Muff, Rat, Fuzz Factory, Fuzz Face?

4.) Is it transparent?

5.) Can it do the "Wall of Sound" like the site claims?

Much appreciated! :bob:
