What type of pedal would Paul be using to make the note bend sound?

yeah, i can do that with my Digitech PDS 20/20 when i turn on the infinity loop switch when i'm in a flanger mode
but except for the PDS and Airplane, i don't know what can cause this kind of oscillation

I've got a feeling Paul Gilbert was using an ADA flanger in the 80s, and I think the Ibanez is a tricked out version of that - so it might be one of them.
