I received a couple wrong items (different knobs from what I ordered) and four incomplete ones (3.5mm stereo phone jacks arrived without nuts). I have no clue how to contact Mammoth. I tried emailing them as instructed on their FAQ (their "sales" email address), and their company contact information page doesn't actually contain any contact information.

I'm utterly lost. The knobs are OK, but the jacks, they're useless without the nuts to mount them in place... but they are unresponsive.

Contact us has a form to fill out. Do it and they should get back. No number on the invoice?

Clicking Contact Us just opens my email client with their "sales" email address.

Well, when you put the words "number" and "invoice" right next to each other but no, I didn't get what you mean because there is no number. Only an address. Same thing on their site--only a hard-to-find postal address and an e-mail address hidden behind some JavaScript. I assume all that secretiveness is because they really do not want spam, but ironically I can imagine that my emails are going to their spam folder or something.

If you have the phone number, would you mind PMing it to me?

Nope, still nothing. No PM replies, no phone numbers on invoices. I can only imagine they're closed or something in addition to missing my emails--I placed an order on November 3 and they haven't shipped it yet. They weren't affected by Hurricane Sandy, were they?

Guess I'll wait and hope some contact details come up in that accusatory thread started by kurtH--one of the replies even said he'd contact Mammoth on the OP's behalf.

Thanks, MEC. Was going to give them a call today, but I got home and found the replacement stuff I ordered from them in my mailbox. Never got any replies from them, but they followed through anyway incognito. to that.
