I need some clean boost suggestions. I'm trying to keep it 100 or under but maybe 20 over wouldn't be too bad.

And if that doesn't tickle your fancy there's Mellowtone's Hi-Five Boost.

The Fulltone Fat Boost is a very good pedal.
Another answer is: the volume knob on your guitar. After I had my amp re-tubed and the speaker re-coned, I found there was no real need any more for a boost pedal (+ need the money for more fuzz/weirdness).

The Four Banger looks to be super amazing. I'd love to hear one. Anyone know where this is possible?

You considered a BYOC Triboost?? Three different types of boost in one pedal!!
I swear by my HBE Germania and my MXR Microamp.
I also have an old Carl Martin Hot Drive'n'boost which gives upto 25db clean boost as a separate option to the drive channel.
Shit, I've far too many pedals.............

Four banger seems way dope!
I borrowed a micro amp for a show and hated it. I like what it is, but it didn't boost my OCD like I wanted. Kinda just dirty it up more.

hrm... did you put the micro amp before or after the OCD?
my favorite boost pedal is the AMZ mini boost. really simple build + cheap as hell + amazing sound = no brainer. it's not a 'clean' boost per se, it does colour the tone a bit, but in a really good way. the mini boost is what the fulltone fat boost (v1) is based on, but fulltone added a murky tone control and a silly (and poorly executed) pregain control. i don't miss either of them.
my current pedal board has 2, one before all of my gain pedals to give them a goose (the mini boost into my modified tube screamer design = <3) and one at the end of my gain pedals but before my modulations and delays to give a solo boost.
more info here:
http://muzique.com/ though the two that i built use the PCB from generalguitargadgets.com.

I've been using the Tonefactor Copperhead Dual boost (since my friend stole my Dark Boost

) but I've been thinking about picking up the Tech 21 Boost RVB.
Have to say the 4 banger sounds pretty cool. Hadn't seen it until now. Damn you.

I put it before and after. I liked after more than before, however, both weren't what I was looking for.

all i can think of is that if you put it before, you effectively are only increasing the gain, which would explain why you said the OCD only got more distorted. if you didn't experience a volume boost with it placed after, that means you probably dont have a lot of headroom left. what sort of amp are you using? you may have some luck with a clean boost in the effects loop, if you have one, since that is after the preamp.

That's probably exactly it. I have a Sovtek Mig-50. Sounds great, but I keep the dial right under breakup. So that'd make sense. I think I'm gonna upgrade to the Mig-100.
