LAST NIGHT

OH MY GOD

my second time seeing BTBAM - the new album is DA BOMB, so it was even better... first time seeing Periphery, whom i listen to since BEFORE the first album and i'm a HUGE fan... first time seeing The Safety Fire who are also pretty cool

what can i say... the show totally killed. i couldn't believe it

anyway... i hanged around with the guys a lot...
Paul, Dan and Blake from BTBAM are amazing friendly dudes, very nice to chat with... didn't see Dustin the whole night and Tommy was kind of a douche who couldn't even be bothered to say "hi" to me :idk:

i went there to get my first album preorder Periphery poster signed, so i started by knocking on the tourbus... Mark Holcomb came out and we walked around a bit, he's like the nicest guy ever :) awesome man and for me one of the most inspirational metal guitarists ever. Met Misha at McDonalds, Mark sent me there to find the rest of the band :D not so nice, but also a good dude... i hanged around the merch table a lot, their merch guy is an awesome dude, so is the tour manager, Alex Markides... got to chat with Jake Bowen a lot - totally mellow and nice guy, amazing to chat with. Bumped into Spencer a few times, he seemed very busy, but he's awful nice too :) Nolly wasn't around much, but also very friendly... too bad Matt got injured pre-tour, i miss his signature and his drumming... anyway the guys seemed very happy meeting such a huge fan  i was probably a bit creepy though

I'M SUCH A FANBOI

anyway... got some merch, hanged around with the guys, experienced an AMAZING show... basically i'm totally stoked

with Mark :)

Sick, man.

I still need to grab BTBAM's new album. I'm also not surprised that Tommy's a bit of a douche. Maybe he was just having a bad night, though. :idk:
