Sexy man.
A simple weapon of aural warfare.
How does it compare to the Epi?

I remember playing a vintage gibson bass at Elderly Instruments... it was so fat sounding. Real biggg.

the EPIs neck is waaaaaay skinny compared to this actually. Im pretty sure the EPI is based off the 67ish version (slimmer neck that tri point bridge)

gibsons also HELLA dark (perfection) it has a nice WHUMP to it when playing hard where the epi gets a twack to it (if that makes any sense

its actually night and day as far as tone and playability goes. the gibby slams the epi, BUT they weight about the same. the gibson is just a TAD heavier (prolly all in the neck)

im thinkin the 62 will stay at home whilst the epi goes out and gets gigged. then agian. . fuck, i dunno

Love the lacquer cracking, something I have always liked on vintage Gibsons.

Niiiiiice. I LOVE EB basses.
And I love that completely useless "pickup cover", which I guess at the time was a thumbrest/"Fender has it so do weeeee" kinda thing.
Man that thing is hot.

 800$ OTD and yeah she knew. I called her about it and basically became 8 again, tryin to sell her on it  shes still kinda angry at me BUT she knows what vintage gibson prices do / have been doing lately, and she knows ive been wanting a "real" eb-0 gibson (a new one off the shelf) one for a few years now. so when it was a real deal motherfucker for under 1k she bit the bullet.

plus if she killed me today and sold it she could prolly make some bucks off it.

edit: lulz heather ur an :animal:
