Muza fd900 has more spacious ambience than anything else I've played. But if you want something a little boucier/warmer sounding I really dig the ghost echo in my ghost disaster.
Of those two, though, I'd vote for holiest grail (I don't know enough about the blue sky to reccomendation it).

it has a lot of useless crap (blackhole whut) but the hall and spring are great, and tremoverb and mangledverb kinda rule. not saying it's for everybody, but i do likes it for me.
