hi, ive been looking for the ultimate distortion. something soooooo bad that only a crazy person would love. ive got an Audible Disease Convulsion CN-2, a zvex fuzz factory and many more disgusting fuzzes. im thinking about getting a trogotronic 665 or 666 next. does anyone know of something else that might quench my thrust for horrible, mangled sound? i would love a synth mangler, but who wouldn't?!? aen's pedals are very tempting too, but im wondering what's the worst of the worst that you guys have tried, or heard about. i want to use everything the crazy pedal world has to offer.

DOD Buzz Box. YOU NEED IT.
You can thank collector scum for the absolutley ludicrous prices, though...
I recently got the schematic through e-mail, diretly from DOD, but it's far too complex (by my standards) and full of obsolete/OOP stuff for me to ever get one built.
The Sirkut Electronics Gnarler + a high-gain dist. is the closest I've gotten to a Buzz Box sound... Many people have said that an MXR Blue Box coupled w/ the DOD Grunge gives an acceptable, rough approximation of the Buzz Box... Also, I believe Devi's Destructo Noctavia fits in with the same glitchy, gross octave fuzz stuff like the Buzz/Blue Box and Gnarler...
DEWD... I wonder what a DN+DF joystick pedal woud sound like. (EDIT: DO WANT!)

I'd love to get a Scrotum Smasher one day.. but the price+shipping to France+import taxes =
The DBA Soundwave Breakdown is quite awesome, the best DBA pedal I tried.. but I recently decide to sell it to raise funds for a WMD Geiger Counter.
Dwarcraft Devices are crazy things too.. The Great Destroyer is

WMD Geiger Counter is a thing of beauty...can't justify buying one for $300 until I balance out my board. Tons of dirt...low on other stuff
Playing fallout3 now and I keep hearing about geiger counters...really trying hard to resist the urge to buy one

for me, nothing that i have heard yet can top the weirdness of the no-fi chaos side of the O.G. E13 Sodameiser. i have a 3 knobbed subdecay noisebox prototype and that creates some wicked fuckery. devi's TBD was pretty fuckin odd too.

Put a Fender Blender before whatever Fuzz/distortion you're using.
Turn the tone boost on and crank the tone and blow those fuckers away.

The glitch computer is f&%$ing awesome. I absolutely love it. It's even more the cat's balls when I put a flanger or phaser after it
