I thought it was quite purty... and the background TV accomp was suitably surreal. Good stuffs!

:joy: Thank you! Just trying to see if this acoustic/electric style is worth a shot. I appreciate the input. :)

I like the acoustic / electric combo for sure. If you're looking for creative critiquey feedback, I'd say the only thing I'd really want is more of the electric/feedback/atmospherics present in the mix. In my opinion, acoustics tend to cut through mixes a whole lot, so I personally like 'em if they're poking through the atmospherics, and kind of acting as the rhythm section, rather than at the top of the mix. But again, that's pretty much a personal preference thing, and it definitely didn't take away from me digging the tunez...

If I had an ovation guitar I'd go for that. I recorded the guitar 3 days after the feedback/TV recording. When I recorded the guitar I didn't realize the mic picked it up that well (sometimes it doesn't) and it was loud, but I performed the part perfect, so at 1:30am I decided I'd keep it, lol.

I'm thinking of making as Acoustic Psychedelic Shoe Gaze myspace.... but I don't need four e-mails. :whateva:

I hear ya. Sometimes it's best to go with the unexpectedly perfect performance rather than risking going back and mucking things up.

You could always do what I do with MySpace, and just not check the e-mail enough! Heh... although I guess it sorta defeats the purpose...
