Eventide PowerFactor Power Supply (Cioks ?)

Is the Eventide PowerFactor Power Supply exactly the same thing as the Cioks DC10?

Can you power the INFANEM Compact Fay Sing at 12v with this thing?

Powerfactor can't do 18v. Just 9 and 12. Otherwise pretty close.
