just found this setting
top potentiometer is full on
the side ones are like 0 0 12 12 top->bottom
it's like the most glorious guitar sound ever, can i get close to it with something more compact/cheaper?

and don't say Mini-Gnome, please

shitty video to help youse who don't have this fuzz box... it's like... really spanky, transparent, but fuzzy with a bit sizzly attack

Sounds gorgeous, man! But why no Minignome? You've found the toanz from an ILF builder! Why not just get Spunkiez to make you a box that does precisely that? Concerned about wait time or price?

to be honest, my financial situation isn't good at all, so i'm thinking about swapping whatever does this for my Fix'd Fuzz
i COULD go for a custom build with this settings, huh... and perhaps just volume, gate, gain and tone knobs... but it seems extremely shitty to order a custom build without being able to pay for it upfront and if i sold my Fix'd Fuzz to be able to pay for it, i wouldn't be really able to rehearse/gig. It's just not fair towards Danny/convenient for me
i think i'm gonna consult it with him
edit: that was quick... long wait time, couldn't go for less than 150$...
noone has any idea what could get me close to that sound?

Well if you would like you can borrow the gnome and decide for your self

Buy a VTF the next time on pops up on BST. If I don't get it first that is.
That's a pretty good setting. You ever wish the FY2 was louder and more annoying? Switch the diodes, turn on the octave, filter right, tone to 11. KILL ALL EARDRUMS. A rat and spring verb in front will rape the earcorpse.
True story.

Well, no, because now if you ever do get your own VTF, you've got a photo of the settings and reference tone recording preserved to go back and check!

Also, with any luck, you've whet someone else's appetite for a Gnome, and that's never a bad thing!
