Yeccch. I actually dont think i could handle a double neck. im hoping to go down to one amp pretty soon though.

That's fine... that just means you have to start making 200+ watt amps
For what it's worth I'd get the bari... if you still have that jazz and the muttstang then that bass is not going to really compete.. and if you want a really good 32" scale bass go hunting for early 80's Japanese basses, most of those will compete with MIA and CIJ fenders.

Bari Tele... Done...
Mine is AWESOME and plays sooo smoooth with .14-.68's tuned B to B... Neck is great and pickups offer a wide range of TEH TONAZ...
