Fuckin' totally stoked on these guys right now and 100% into this album. Prog/fusion played by metalheads and released by Metal Blade? Never heard Between The Buried And Me (what a horrible name for a band) but this guy is an amazing bass player, the musicians really compliment each other. All the musicians are pretty incredible here!!
PS what effect is that dude using starting at 3:04 [edit 3:22] to get his bass sounding like that? Octave fuzz? Fuck that's AMAZING!!
