I have one of these guys coming in the mail right now for a new pedal board I'm building. This is a whole new world to me. So, I'm curious as to read what people pair the Fuck Overdrive with. I'm also curious to read where they place is in their guitar chain. For example, I've heard that a Mustket works well as a pairing if you place it IN FRONT of a Fuck.

I've been thinking about running an MXR Blue Box into it, or possibly running the Fuck into a Fuzzrocious Rat King to see what kind of non-sense I can stir up. I want to have that blown tube sound, but I also want to have the fuzziest or nosiest distortion in the world when I kick my guitar into high gear. Ultimately, no matter what I'm going to probably end up pairing it with some sort of wah, compressor, & my Aqua Puss.

I personally prefer the fuck as the first in my chain that way I can saturate the signal and have a heavy fuzz or distortion after for some over the top sounds. If I put it after a fuzz I feel like it tames the fuzz and I like my fuzz wild and noisey.

In my case, an MXR Blue Box is a wild machine. It might be beneficial to run that before the Fuck.

Any distortions or Fuzzes you especially liked with the pedal?

overall tho, i found the Fuck to play very nice (or nasty) with other gain pedals. before and after
didnt try a combo that i didnt like.

i have mine in smack in the middle of my chain.
other drive/fuzz is pre-fuck. i have it set on a slightly lower gain setting, so it doesn't mess with my other fuzzy sounds too much.

I loved the fuck->pharaoh combo. I could run it lower gain with more crackles and it gives this brutal broken speaker doom sound. When I put drives in front, but you limit the dynamics of the crackle.

I would say experiment with it. I haven't found a place in the chain that I disliked the fuck but it jived with me more pre-fuzz. If i placed it after, it would be as a gritty volume booster, but I felt it brightened up the tone too much for my ears and calmed the fuzz down.

Considering pairing a Snowdrift with this bad boy. Need to pick up a nice Wah Wah to go with it.

That was kind of the thinking I had there. From reading here it seemed like the Fuck pairs well with an aggressive Fuzz. A Snowdrift should fit that order.

Personally, I run Mountain Range -> (Sparkle Motion, it's integrated into my Fuck as a custom one-off ->) Fuck Overdrive -> Team Awesome Fuzz Machine. Mountain Range has the gain dimed, and I'm messing with the volume control between using it as a VERY fat clean boost/mild overdrive (I like it as much as I like the Fuck OD). I also use it to push my Fuck into beautiful, beautiful gainy overdrive. Sparkle Motion adds a nice cut and shimmer to anything, and it helps me stick out from the rest of the band. And everything's pushing the TAFM for maximum gain at the end of the chain... although I usually only use that on its own or with the Mountain Range, because when anything else is stacked it cuts off all of the delicious low end coming out of the TAFM.

Also relevant... I liked Muskets/Muff type fuzzes after the Fuck, and the Tone Reaper I had sounded GODLY before it. I should go buy another Tone Reaper, for that matter...
