Yes EQ but also any wah in a fixed position or a filter / auto wah pedal without the auto part working... A an EHX Micro Snyth can do it but it's really just the filter side... A Q-Tron maybe???

MIDS. But yeah, cocked wah stuff. Colorsound has an inductorless wah, you could just make the wah board and put it in a stanard pedal and set the Q and forget about it

Just to add another option, I'll tell you that what you really want is a high-pass filter (or an EQ set up like a high-pass/low-cut filter).
