Gear Identification!

I was directed here because I heard most people on here knew a lot about pedals/gear and what to do with it.
I'm trying to figure out what the circled item is, like it's exact model. This picture is all I have to go on, anyone recognize it?

Looks like a power supply for the pedals... There are many different kinds...

I thought so too, but it has two indicator lights on it.

It is possible for power supplies to have indicator lights.
(I can't identify somethin' if I can barely see it.) You got a link to a larger photo? Who does the pedalboard belong to? Who directed you here?

Unfortunately that's the only resolution of the image I have and the only hint to what it could be.
Two indicator lights, lots of ins or outs, and the blue font D:

It's most definitely a power supply of some kind. If you zoom in on the picture you can see the lines for the ports like on a PP2+ so on and so forth. One light might indicate that its on, the other might possibly indicate it is being used? I'm not sure, but its definitely a power supply

You're quite welcome. It's the least I could do. It took all of three minutes.
