Soooooo pickups?

Howdy! My first post here!
Anywho, I have an ibanez semihollow that I love to death, it complements my telecaster pretty well. A few months ago it took a nasty fall and the wiring got fucked up. I'm finally getting around to gutting it and figuring out what's up. Tonally it was pretty muddy and pretty ass for two handed tapping or twinkly sounding bits, so I'm considering a pickup swap. My only problem is that I'm not super familiar with semi hollows and how they're affected by output, I run an extremely simple rig, Arc Flash into a Digitech Whammy then into a Traynor Mono Block-B.
I was considering getting a set of BKPs, but I'm a bit afraid that they might be a bit too high output and Lollars are way out of my price range. After that I'm not really sure what's good in the pickup world
I play math rock, midwest twinkle shit emo, and noise rock if that helps at all. I rely on my telecaster for any two hand tapping stuff, but I play in a few different tunings and switching tunings live with just the tele sucks. I'd like to be able to get a fairly clean tone from the ibanez so I don't have to switch as much.
EDIT: Should mention that I use the Ibanez more for huge sounding chords and heavy feedback, I have quite a bit of trouble forcing feedback out of the tele.
