slow email response apology

hey duders,
just a quick post to apologize for the current (and past month or two) slow email responses.
i've been back from tour for 2 months now and i'm just finally getting close to caught up on things... though i still have a lot of custom orders to finish up. the time away really took the wind out of my sails as i was much busier on the road than i expected, which has contributed to all of my subsequent slowness.
i felt this thread was necessary because i've had a couple of emails from people bummed out about my responsiveness and also since i'm in a personal situation where i too have been on the receiving end of unresponsive emailing. it sucks and i'm really really sorry. hopefully by the end of the week i'll have gotten through all of my emails. big hugs to everyone who's been really patient and understanding... i'm doing everything myself (building/emails/parts ordering/art/etc.) and am still figuring out appropriate build times, etc as things change dynamically. apologies as well to those folks whose wait times have gone WAY over what was originally quoted...
