This machine haunts my dreams at night. Do any of you own one and or just love them? Online they go for like 2G and I do not/will not have that sorta money.
I would give anything to have one.

a friend of mine had a lower end one. it was painted black and wasnt covered in aluminum, it only had the first 3 or 4 crop circle fret markers too. it was pretty cool though. great shape and it sounded pretty awesome. definitely a great take on the rhoads.

I saw one once at a GC when they came out. Aren't they hollow?

Haven't played that one but have played other Jackson Custom Shop stuff and it's all been absolutely top rate - you could play anything in any style and make it work, they usually have that much tonal range on adjustments.
You just had to be willing to be seen with EMG pickups and spitting skulls and tit inlays at the church band picnic to make that happen.

I think thr first run of them were aluminum, then after that they were like basswood. I love the black ones.
