Very cool. Kid A doesn't sound as drainingly depressing as normal.

Heard this a few days ago and was impressed. Much better than a few previous versions I listened to in the past.

Listening to OK Computer, I thought it would be terrible but I'm actually really enjoying it!

this is weird. still pretty listenable. i always wonder about work like this. do the artists recognize this pretty much has the same function/appeal as fanart? and if they do, do they care about the different way that causes people to interact with the piece?

what i love about this is the amount of detail involved. the person(s) who did this clearly love Radiohead and took the original arrangements apart in detail to figure out how to fit them into the 8-bit setting incorporating the most significant parts. i think my favorite things on OK Computer were the breakdown in "Airbag" and "Fitter Happier."

Yeah, I love the completely insane level of detail, where the arrangements really are exactly the same. I don't understand why anyone would want to do it, but I appreciate the talent it would take. And Airbag is the best part of this whole thing, for some reason this version of that song is amazing.

the only disappointing thing is that the hidden track at the end of Kid A is missing. i really wanted to hear how he was going to accomplish that.

I like it better than the real thing, but considering my opinion of Radiohead that's not saying much.
