I really am liking what these two are doing. They have created these elaborate characters for themselves based on these comic books that they write. Every time they perform they play in these costumes based on the comic books. I saw them play last week and it was a great show. Lily's character is a girl that is half deer half human and hank is part of some sort of cult or something and he wears a gas mask and cowboy hat. They almost seem to be more about the show than the music. That is not to say that the music is bad by any means. Anyways it is really cool stuff if you get the chance to see them make sure you do.

Also they tend to not stick to one genre. First album was like raunchy garage rock then the second was basically an indie folk album and the third one is almost like electropop. The third video is from lily's solo album which was produced by Dave Bryant from GYBE.

I like these guys too.. we did a pedal for Lily a few years ago and she was really cool. She sent us a few albums and we liked their style. My favourite was an album called MeatDraw, great music.

Tanya made this for Lily:

Cool RRR. I love seeing creativity, but the music doesn't really grab me.

Wasn't into the first two tracks, but the third one has some stuff I like.
