Y'know, for the typical speed control sort of thing? I can't seem to find anything obvious through the usual pedal parts companies.

Have you considered Option Knob or KickDisk? or is that more than you're looking for?

These? http://www.mammothelectronics.com/4SKSM ... 0-2400.htm

Although, MXR has some of the best foot knobs, look at the ones on the MXR M80. Almost too easy to spin sometimes.

I was looking for and found these: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... Id=2102829

Radio Shack -- who knew? $2.19 for two ain't bad. Prescription Electronics uses these on their Vibe, as do other co's.

Yeah, that's my vote. The rubber is key for foot control. That came out strange. You know what I mean.

IDK. I also like Davies 1510 style knobs.

I've honestly been pretty skeptical about the Kickdisk.
It's probably very sturdy but I'm always afraid I'll snap it with my boots during a set.
That being said, it would be great during a noise jam.

Yeah, I haven't tried either, but the Oknob seems a bit more sturdy to me.

KickDisk looks promising in concept. I'd like to try one out to see if they add something more than just a big knob.

I think I've seen a pair the RS knobs on something being sold as a continuous controller box on teh 'Bay. I'm gonna DIY the like for controlling some of my rack stuff.

Just got one of these for my BugCrusher and it's wicked for foot noodlin'. Dunno if the OP has figured it out yet but dems mad knobbies.
