Hoof Settings?

Anyone want to share their favorite Hoof settings, uses or where they like it in the signal chain. The Hoof is my first fuzz and I am fiddling with it a lot. I have run it both before and after the Speaker Cranker and like some sounds both ways. The Hoof is such a beast of a pedal. Any comp pedal recs to pair with the Hoof/SC combo? Tone Press? Thanks for any and all input...great forum...great products EQD.

Bummer you haven't got any replies yet. If I had a Hoof I'd share some settings. I've got a Bit Commander but that doesn't help, lol.

I go back an forth but for a big punchy sound I have volume at 1, tone about 11 or 10, shift a little before noon and fuzz at either 9 or 1.

Mine lives not far from here. Both tone and shift in the 10-11 range, and fuzz close to 2.

Hell yeh, I love this pedal. That and the transmitter.
And as for position I actually have it later in the chain. But everywhere I'be placed it thus far has sounded great.

Hoof was my first EQD. Transmitter is cool too, especially stacked with others...seems like all Earthquaker sound good together, but some combos are downright SICK.
I had Hoof in line first before my Supercollider on my main board for a long time, but I've put it after Monarch or Tusk with massive results.

my four knob, which is on my live guitar board, looks like this:
tone: 3 o'clock
shift: 9 o'clock
level: 1 o'clock
fooze: 11-noonish
my three knob, which i use for my bass board, is usually lower fuzz (around or 10ish), volume set to unity, tone in the middle.
