Hey dudes! We are going to release a limited run of Shiva kits. They will be $97, domestic, and $105, international. We are only going to do 20 of these and when they are gone, that's it!
They will include a 7" of The Ronald Raygun/The New Apocolypse Bass Orchestra split and a bit of art on the box, which could be easily covered if you so chose.

I love that Crane image / finish so hard.
If I had a soldering iron (and electronics know-how) I'd be all over this. And I already own a Shiva!
A condition of sale should be that people upload pics of their finished kits. Yes.

Very tempted, but I've never built a pedal before so I'm not sure that this would be the best place to start.

Well, as far as difficulty goes, it is not the easiest. But the instructions are better than the last 2 kits we made ( I tried to be super specific). This time I included 2 pages on written instructions and a full color diagram that shows how the wires look. I can also post a pic of how a Shiva should look at different points in the build process to help out. And, of course, the DIY forums are pretty good at helping to solve problems. I was really intimidated when I started building, but it really isn't that hard. Just follow the instructions clearly (and don't ignore your dear husband when he is trying to explain something to you : )

Ordered! I've been wanting to learn how to build a pedal for a while, can't see any better time than now. I'm decent at soldering and I know how to follow instructions, so I should be fine.

AWESOME!!!!! Please let me know if you have any questions about the instructions. I think they are pretty clear, but I have been wrong before.

If you want to buy a kit, please do it though our website. It is easier for me to track sales that way...
