Farmer's Mill update

Post by crushsound »

Hi to all I LOVE FUZZ musicians,

We would like to update you with the Farmer's Mill hands-on demo from UK "Guitarist"/ "Total Guitar" / "Music Radar" which was recently released.
You've been comparing the pedal to the F*** Overdrive (which is really a fantastic overdrive!) yet since our commercials might have been a bit misleading we're here to clear things out. Farmer's Mill is all about breaking the guitar signal, it doesn't involve any kind of distortion/drive and we worked really hard to make it fully transparent. It can be engaged anywhere in the signal chain depending on your taste and is a spice kind of an effect - simply added whenever needed. It's our intention to let you mill the grain from your musical harvest in a manner you have a control of. We really hope some of you might find it useful as we also love fuzz and try to take it to another dimension!

Here's a video from UK "Guitarist" / "Total Guitar" Editor who was first ever to quick-review the pedal.

More reviews and demos are about to come and believe us that we want to keep things simple. That is why our demos were recorded straight through the amp without additional effects. Also, if made possible by the corresponding management officials, we will be providing information on a few worldwide recognized artists who immediately requested Farmer's Mill, as soon as we receive their feedback and allowance. We're a small company and love the guitar sound, please let us know on your opinion on Farmer's Mill.

Best regards
Crushsound Team

I never understood people saying it was like the fuck without there even being a proper demo around. Sounds pretty cool there, an interesting pedal for sure.

Cool to hear, I heard the similarity, I think it's just that in the demo there was gain in use.

Yeah, obviously there is some similarity with fuzz and this pedal, but what I think would be really interesting is hearing it with modulation, clean sounds and stuff. Imagine that thing after a huge reverb, just ruining the sound.

Damn, that was one sweet dramatic re-enactment of a pedal unboxing.
