Hypothetically...Use an ebow (or a real bow). Pitch shift down one octave, and up (almost) one octave at the same time. Use a thick, slow, warbly chorus at first, and reduce it's depth as you pitch shift.

That's how I'd do it, anyway. I haven't actually tried it though.

30 different voices that all start in a close range, and then spread out over 3 octaves. That's gonna be rough to do. I would think you'd need at least 3 different voices for it to sound convincing at all. Can the Pitchfactor do that? Most pedals can only do two voices.

30 voices, but only 1 pitch diverting into 2. It's 10 voices up, and 20 voices down; not quite in unison. A chorus pedal would add the illusion of more voices, but you'd need either a fairly powerful softsynth, or an orchestra to get it exact.

and then the PS-6 on the S bend setting set to the slowest setting
You have the depress the PS6 First Play a hard chord a D seems Good in dropped D tuning
Then Release the PS6 and let it bend back to the original pitch

My friend has a keyboard that can do this. You can set synth voices to have insanely slow glissando, so if you play a note, then the octave above and hold both it takes take 30s or so to get up an octave at the slowest, and you hear both notes the whole time. Amazing.

I don't think that's correct. From the description on Wikipedia, it sounds like there are more than just 2 different pitches. And the final finishing chord sounds like it has more than 2 pitches in it. It sounds like several octaves and some harmonics.
