NGD! Fender Pawnshop Content

Wanted a shortscale and finally decided on this. No trem is the only minus for me. The tonal options are great with the two humbuckers and the coil splitting. This thing is soooo freakin' light too. The body obviously isn't a proper Mustang shape but I could care less. It's more like a mini Jag

Just seems like the sort of guitar you could rock up to any rehearsal with and sound good, and being in an improv band that versatility is such a bonus
I'm not usually a fan of red guitars either but this thing looks amazing in real life. The mint green pickgaurd is beautiful and the candy apple red looks good enough to eat

Apologies for the shit pic, I'm on my phone

Intonation on the low E was all fucked up but I threw a set of 11s on today and now it's all perfect

Nice score, man! Looks like a sweet ride. Bet it's crazy versatile with the coil-splittable bucks

I can't get over the versatility. Slight volume drop on the single coil but not drastic. I can sit with this thing for hours just jamming on the separate mixes of hums and coils. So much fun! And no back pain!!!!

Yeah, that's cool that it's so light. My '74's quite heavy

The shape keeps looking better and better. As a more Jag-looking Mustang, this beats the hell out of the Jagstang, IMO.

If these had come with the proper trem, I'd own three.

I don't know if I'd go to three, but a Mustang trem or the Jaguar-style setup like on Bilinda's custom sparkle Mustang and I'd likely have bitten by now.
