Hey guys! I just want to be sure that i'm understanding this. When it says to keep a cap in this socket, does it means that there is still a cap installed at C10 and C11 or only one lead is solder and the other goes to the switch?? if so, that means the arrow is on the wrong solder pad (cause the cap's lead will be solder to another one cap's lead) Am i right??

Maybe I'm not thinking right...but it looks to me that it's a different way of saying "replace the .0068uf with a .0033uf".
Could it be that simple?

It looks like a switch to add capacitance in parallel to the on-board value. A schematic would help confirm this.
