Fender Twin II cabinet

so a local shop has a Twin II cab, minus the amp. It's been modded with a speaker jack. It has 2 fender speakers with a Blue sticker, not sure if those are original or anything. They are asking like $250 I think for it. Would that make a decent cab for my bassman?
