He has some custom made white noise generators on his board, so that might be what it is.

Sounds like some sort of a flange or something. Maye a filter that he sweeps?

It's a really peaky wah at the end of the chain. I'm pretty sure he's thrown a fuzz or WNG as was stated before in it.

It's a a wah with a built-in very gainy boost. You cannot cut through fuzzes this way with a normal wah, I have a fuzz wah that was made my Wilson that does this extremely well.

Gonna sound Really REALLY lame but, when I was a lad I worked at guitar center as a part time job in college. There was a Mark Tremonti or however you say his name (lame dude from Creed) signature wah that had a 20db boost you could kick in with the way... Would probably get you close in retrospect. Imagine you could find one SUPER cheap on the 'bay.

i run fuzz>wah>fuzz and get a very similar sound

Any nasty fuzz AFTER a wah will get you there!
