Mosrite-ish event though it is based of a Univox.
Cool looking. I had a Custom Shop First Act bass that looked kind of like that.

I kinda like the Mosrite styling.

Funny they tout it as the "famous Nirvana model" featured in one video....hehe. Fender usually gets their ass handed to 'em by ILF when Cobain sigs are involved so I'd expect anger/disgust/outrage to set in here shortly...

I like it but def not at 599. Also those pickups arent "exact replicas". Let the hate begin.

^ it also really bugs me when Eastwood say they exactly duplicate something and really don't. and they do that ALL THE TIME.

I dig the Univox-style logo on the headstock. Beyond that...for the price, why wouldn't you just buy a Univox?

Of a copy of a copy @ a price the same or higher then the original copy... I agee witchooo pass.

Although... I'm keep'n my peeps peeped for a set of the pups cuz I haz a realz hiflyer bass bod'neck

True but they is a bit smaller then Mosrites

I would never buy one of those Eastwoods new, but if a used one came up at a nice price, I'd buy it.

Obviously, I'd rather have in order of preference: a Mosrite, an original Univox and then an Eastwood.

I bought my Univox hi-flier bass from a shop for $250. That was the perfect price for my favorite instrument. I wouldn't pay what they're asking now.

i like it........it's overpriced....the pickups looks kool......wrap around tailpiece is awesome....i have never liked the way the uni's play ...
still ... those pickups are looking fine. i always liked the looks of the uni strat with 3 of those funky hummy's on it.

i like a lot of the eastwood guitars......and i don't like a lot of the eastwood guitars. many of them a oddly kool. the tenor mustang, the wandre's, electric uke....the ovation magnum ...
