Watching the marathon of "How it's Made" on Science Channel and Discovery (one of the only tv shows I can watch non-stop) I thought how cool it would be to watch a pedal being created from start to finish.

Who else agrees?

Ryan - you should write to them and hopefully one day we can see an Elements or Cosmichorus being made from start to finish - from breadboard to decorating the enclosures.

Especially since the show is produced in Canada

EEHHHHH :!!!:

My bandmate & his four year old son are both addicted to that show! That would be awesome. And hey - they've already done one on drum shells...

Yep. They've actually done a lot of instruments. The making of a carbon fiber cello was super cool.

"How do they do it?" is also cool. It focuses on like 2 things, vs a bunch. Last one I watched showed the production of yamaha electric's in Japan and it really made me want one.

Cool show for sure! I watched a neat one where they showed how to make wooden recorders, all by hand, I like stuff like that.

We'd have been a way better fit for the show back when Tanya was doing the vinyl finishes.. now I just pick the finished enclosures out of a cardboard box, not as interesting. Same for the pcbs, I only do the Elements and Frazz now and the Trems and RRRs are picked out of another box. I guess if they haven't done a show where people have to get stuff out of boxes then I could probably be on it...

Would watch, even if it was Ryan just grabbing shit out of boxes!

This is the only thing I watch on TV anymore. I'd totally be down to see Ryan on it!

Someone start a petition. Right NOW. Plus you guys could show how she used to do snazzy vinyl finishes for the sake of the show.

And then send that pedal to me, since I would hate for it to be cluttering your workspace and all that.
