Looking for a new guitar cab?

This is totally new for me. I've only played combos up til now but my friend sold me his Rockerverb with no accompanying cab. So, I'm in desperate need of one basically haha. What's a nice, not-mindblowingly expensive cab that'll get the job done? Thanks for your time and help!

I love Music Go Round. I could go in there once a week and walk out with a cab. I love used amps, especially cabs. Dunno where you're located, but check out local used music stores, it's great if they have a website, find something in your price range and run it by the folks here. Somebody is bound to have heard of it (odds are somebody on here OWNED it).

Emperor if you go new.
Orange if you go used.

Craigslist. 412s go cheap often enough because most people never really need them. Marshalls sometimes go for a song, but their can be smoking deals on other makers if you know how to find the well built ones and avoid particle board.

Or more interesting for beer money. There's a vintage Acoustic Control 412 on DC/NVA CL for $75. One speaker haz a buzz or rattle. If my wife wouldn't notice, I'd be all over that.

I'm really dumb, though. I encouraged my wife to take up bass so my man cave is now desegregated.
It's fine, though. Sometimes it's good to have the discipline of "do you really need it," especially on big amps and cabs when I don't gig. Pedals are hopefully not so much on her radar.

I figure my wife hides price tags on new clothes from me (I find the little plastic tabs on the floor), does it really hurt to sneak a new stompbox in now and again?
Cabs are definitely a little harder to have "mysteriously" show up
