Need some advice on guitarsss!

I'm thinking about getting a new solid body guitar soon. But, I have no idea whether I should look into a Telecaster Deluxe with wide range pick-ups. Which I've heard that the new ones don't actually have real wide ranges or a Fender Mustang, both seem pretty awesome, and I've tried out both and I love their tones. If you guys can give some opinions or info about them that could help push me a little towards a decision. That'd be great

Any particular reason why the Tele Deluxe is beating out other Teles?

The G&L ASAT deluxe's can be 1500 for american and 800 for tribute, I believe. The tribute really is great, if you aren't one of those 'has to be in the usa' type. G&L does great stuff.

Look at the Nelson hosted forum here. He is offering a complete custom guitar for what is very cheep in that realm.

split the difference and try a Blacktop Jag.
I've played a friend's and was suprised by how cool it felt.
if you want the WRHB sound (that I dig), Curtis Novak makes some WRHBs that fit.
I'm thinking about putting together just such a guit myself.

he's got a gretsch 5122 and a fender hot rod deluxe amp (I think its the hot rod deluxe, whichever is 40 watts)
i say go with the mustang because i'm getting a tele

Which tele are you getting? One with humbuggies one with singles aint never hurt no one, i reckon.

just a standard mim one, i love the standard tele pups, kinda thinking about once i get a sheraton, put a wide range and a tv jones in my LP
also just so nobody thinks I'm a creep, sonic viking is my bud sooooo i know his gear lol
