Kind of a poll

In this post I don't intend to come off as whiny......

So about 4 months ago a pedal company promised me some custom mods to a pedal which was broken. This was fantastic news to me because I LOVE the company's pedals and aesthetic (plus the pedal cost me $300). So the owner promises me these things and I email him back a list of things maybe I would like done, if feasible, no reply. A few days later I check the site and see that they aren't doing custom orders anymore due to the owner's busy schedule. Since then I have emailed them and actually gotten a number to contact and they have not replied. So fast forward to now and I have the pedal and its working slightly, but I haven't sent it in because I feel like I've lost faith in this company. Although I lost faith, I still bought a pedal that they made and didn't end up liking, so I sold.

Am I wrong to feel this way? Devi would you still honor something that you promised?

Once devi was going to make me a custom pedal, I sent her the funds to do so, and a month or so later she told me she was way too busy to make the pedal. She offered me some of her very own pedals or my money back and wanted to make up for the time I waited.

The company you're dealing with promised you the pedal to be upgraded, it seems they should at least apologize to you personally if anything else.
