it wasn't bad--just couldn't get it to wow me enough to keep it. I generally love everything else Catalinbread makes though.

It seems like this would be best for rhythm.. chords. i also have a brit style amp, & i'm less of a leads player.
do you still have it with you? you might want to give it a little more time...

nope, kinda wish i did still have it but ever since i got my honey bee my quest for the just the right OD came to a screeching halt. it was ok for rhythm but i also had a tim at the time (also got rid of that once i got the honey bee if that tells you anything about my infinite love of the bee) so between 2 "transparent" ods like the tim and the kiss i probably covering some pretty redundant ground with them. i did all sorts of stacking tests but just couldn't get it to be what i wanted it to be. its one i wouldn't mind trying again though and i don't mean to put you off of yours.

lovepedals though... never again.

omgz!
what did you pay for the honey bee?
did you get it newish?

Both my bassist and I have cream puff, but they sound totally different.
Mine was bought five years ago, and it has a really beautiful flitered sound that we can never get in the new one, which is more crunchy. The ProGuitarShop demo on youtube sounds like more like the old one.
They both sound good though.

Except cream puff, I sold all my fuzzes, including my beloved da moaf V2, to get a SPAE and synth mangler. They are both on their way...can't wait!!

barge concepts classic BB-1 is still here...someone wants to take it so I can have a dream mangler? GAS!!

lil update...

Cream Puff has landed...
:bob:
&
for about ~$100
a standard Silver Kiss mk2 is en route...

Hey pillof, congrats on the SPAE and SMgler!!

Hey Dr. Sherman Sticks, ha! i got my Volcano :bob: .. this qualifies as a musical tool, right? it is probably wisest to get one used and get a new update kit.
i am seriously considering using this with tobacco.. & how's your timefactor treating you? I have a Boss RE-20 "space echo" & a Line 6 DL-4... I know these are not programmable like timefactor.. but assuming you have any experience with them, do you think i should consider selling these in order to affford a timefactor?

Hey NewarkWilder, thanks for the GAS support baby! both here and in pm... You are one groovy sick pup!

cheers!
