So kinda out there but does such a thing exist? Some sort of guitar/bass speaker cab. Maybe a bass cab that works well on guitar? I'm wanting to use my fender twin for bass and would possibly prefer something that would work for guitar as well.

Ampeg v4 cab. The heads are designed for both (well, the v4b just lacks reverb), but the cabs are the same. I a/b my guitar amp and a sunn concert bass head w 2*15 cab and it sounds great to me. Really just need a good wide frequency, powerful speaker...don't know what to rec in that dept.

I've never had a problem using guitars with bass gear

Whoop. Just recorded a bunch of guitar tracks with my Sunn 2x15 because it sounds better than the guitar can we were using. Just, fuller.
But yeah, just find a relatively efficient bass cab.

Yeah, just use a bass cab. Bass is better at everything.

Marshall JCM800 Bass 4x12 cab (loaded with G12-H100) is a great guitar cab; I usually use for baritone guitar an old Bassman 2x15 cab, with a pair of new Celestion Truvox speakers (same used by Matamp).

Sunn stuff crosses over very well. My currant amp is an Musicman ed130 4x12 cab and that thing cranks out good bass and guitar tones all day long.

...yeah, on the contrary, the problems with the low tuning gets solved by using bass gear.

Great crossover speaker for guitar and bass = eminence delta pro 12a. Got em in a ported 2x12 and its phenominal for both detuned guitar and bass, need a powerful amp to really get em pumping but they will hold all the low end you can throw at em. Put em in a ported 4x12 and you got yourself a 1600watt universal cab.

Been eyeing up the delta 12a (non pro model) for an unloaded 2x12 cab I just picked up. It's a 4x12 cab with a baffle cut for 2x12 so should be good for bass and guitar. For bass I'm gonna team it with a 1x15 and for guitar it'll be teamed with the combo cab from my Peavey Mace. The mace/black widow speakers are very bright so it should compliment nicely.
