Theres a Frantone Peachfuzz at a local shop here for $139. Anyone had an experience with this pedal? Also is it a good price?

That's a pretty good price- Frantones started in the $300+ range and is now extinct so, that's probably the best your gonna do without a clone. As for sound, the danelectro v1 cool cat fuzz was a clone so, just listen to sample of that.

I have one actually. And I've always liked the soundo of it. I think I might get the Peachfuzz for my main fuzz.

If it doesn't work out, you can always flip it for $200.

Called the place and had them put it on hold for me until I come in. Its in mint condition and I'll probably end up buying it.
