Im after a nice subtle warm delay, not bothered about tap tempo and can't stand oscillations!

Don't both the SDD and Echbox oscillate?

That's usually a good sign.

I didn't find the dispatch master 'warm' at all.
Go SDD

My SDD is the "warmest" digital delay I've tried and handles Fuzz/Dirt like a champ. It's more subtle than some delays but gets plenty pronounced and the modulation is tops. If you've found one, I'd snag it! Doesn't look like Ryan will be making 'em anymore but rather a complete/eventual redesign...
It will oscillate but you have to really push the repeats. It's not gonna go crazy on you for no reason.

throwing in a vote for the echobox, I own one it is awesome, great warm sound massive amounts of modulation. The best part is that you can get it to oscilate set turn on the trails, shut the pedal off and play over the oscilations forever! The oscillations are so good,

super easy to control the oscillations and get a massive wall of noise, It's worth getting just for the oscillations. Seriously I don't even want to think about my life without the oscillations......
