Great, great stuff. I picked up Vision Creation Newsun a few months ago and I adore it. Unfortunately it is on CD and I don't find myself listening to CD's all that often. At any rate I need more of their stuff!

I loooove the Boredoms/have been a huge fan since I heard Karera Musication's work on Ichi The Killer. I was lucky enough to catch them at the 77 BOADRUM performance in Brooklyn, which was one of the most mind-melting experiences of my life. I had about five friends who decided at the last minute to flake, so I asked a girl I recently met to come due to her living in Brooklyn. I had no interest in dating her at the time, but now we've been together for a little over four years.

Also, I hadn't anticipated the hipster factor, so I showed up only a couple hours before doors opened to find a line that reached for blocks and blocks. Thankfully I exchanged numbers some fellow snarky fucks in line who decided to walk to the front of the line and cut in. They called to let us know that the hippies wouldn't dare confront them, so we just walked up to where they had cut in line, cut in with them, and were right up front throughout the performance.

I should also add that I got to hug eYe after the performance.

That is awesome. I wish I coulda been to one of those. I also got into them after seeing Ichi the Killer!
I haven't listened to them in a while, but I wouldn't turn it off if they came on. I have to admit that the crazy moaning vocals on some songs is a turn-off for me, but I like them as a whole.
