Weird little problem

Hey guys! I've come seeking the wisdom of ILF. I'm puttin this together
http://fuzzcentral.ssguitar.com/schematics/axisfuzzschem.gif. Its working fine but drive pot is all flip flopped. Turn it down the gain goes up. Turn it up you get less gain. Sup with dat?

easy fix, you know how the pot has 3 lugs.. leave the middle lug where it is, but move the outer lug to the other side and it'll work right
