Lovetone Ring Stinger, but those are gone and very very expensive to buy these days. Check out clips, it's an amazing pedal. This being the DE forum, I have to mention I saw a Ring Stinger being run in the loop of a TBD

. Otherwise, Copilot FX's Antenna is sorta what you've described, and the new Antdroid from Copilot is apparently exactly that, a ring mod with fuzz options. No idea when that's dropping though. The release keeps getting pushed back.
Edit: The 4MS Picogenorator is a synth that can have a ring mod input installed to run a guitar or whatever through and it seems to have a base fuzz tone that is infinitely tweakable. Similar to the ring stinger

DOD made a pedal back in the day called the Gonkulator, which was a ring mod + distortion. I've seen them go for a decent chunk of money on eBay every now and then.

check the site in a week from now, should have a video of it, the funny thing, i keep pushing back so i could clean it (so the sound will be more clean), for reals, 8 knobs of pure fun and confussion.

What about the Copilot Orbit? While it's not strictly a ringmod, it sure reminds me of one:

And it's definitely not a ringmod per se, but at certain settings the sample rate reduction on The Squarewave Parade's Downgrade sounds a heckuva lot like a ring modulator. Also I'm digging the hell out of the fuzz circuit (the Disrupt control) in this thing. At the highest settings, tt'll square out pretty much any signal you can feed into it. Rock the f*ck out!!!

Ahh, Yeah, the Ring Stinger makes me weep, it's that good. Didn't realise it incorporated a fuzz effect, though.
Those Copilot pedals look like a lot of fun...
Thanks for suggestions, urr-bady.
